Yoga and Meditation

At ShivGauree yoga, we mainly practice Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a classic and core style of yoga. Each class is designed with a collection of breathing exercises and  postures to target the whole body. We also incorparate a Hatha Flow style into some of our sessions.

Along with Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow, we also practice Gravity Yoga. Gravity Yoga is a long hold practice to help build more mobility and flexibility.

Proper breathing leads to proper exercise. Proper exercise leads to proper relaxation. Proper Relaxation leads to good mental state. And a good mental state is the key to a beautiful life.
